Murdered woman's family searching for body after she went missing on way to work

The family of a woman murdered by her sick ex-boyfriend have put out a desperate appeal to find her body. Suzanne Pilley went missing in 2010 on the way to work in Edinburgh, and in 2012, her former boyfriend David Gilroy was convicted of her murder.

The vile killer, who is serving at least 18 years of a life sentence, has never told Suzanne's loved ones where he left her body.

Today, sister Gail Fairgrieve made an emotional appeal on the 10th anniversary of her disappearance. She said: "For the past decade we have lived in a state of limbo, waiting for the news that Suzanne's body had been found, but we've never been able to get that closure.
