A woman has highlighted the dark side of the internet after sharing a creepy experience she recently had on Facebook Marketplace.

The mum, known only as Jo, listed some Huggies nappies online for sale but never expected the response she received. A man got in touch with the Melbourne mum to enquire about the items, asking if they were still available and requesting to see photos of the nappies before purchasing them.

However the stranger didn't want any old picture, he was demanding something much more worrying. According to Jo, the man wanted her to send photos of her daughter wearing one of the nappies.

Alarm bells instantly began going off in the parent's head and she quickly informed him that his request was 'inappropriate'.
