Carl Dawson, 43, was involved in a crash at around 11.45pm on Tuesday (September 7) in Hillier Street, Moston. At first, the incident was being investigated by GMP's Serious Collision Investigation Unit. Footage has been recovered of a car pursuing Mr Dawson prior to the crash. A vehicle suspected of being the car involved has been recovered.
