A pensioner who sparked a large-scale search operation after going missing was found dead after she became entangled in brambles and developed hypothermia, an inquest heard.
Linda Culverwell was discovered in the secluded area off the main path of Brandy Cove in Bishopston, Swansea, on Sunday, April 18.
The tragic 75-year-old was found four days after she was reported missing to police and two days after she was last seen on CCTV, according to Wales Online.
An inquest into the death at Swansea's Guildhall heard how authorities used various different search methods when looking for Mrs Culverwell, including use of the police helicopter, drones, and checks with taxi firms and hospitals.
