An inquest has heard how a popular school teacher was tragically found dead on a beach just days after being discharged from a mental health ward.
Elin Boyle, 43, was found on March 17, 2019, by a member of the coastguard five days after being reported missing by her family.
Following a post-mortem examination, it was confirmed that Mrs Boyle, who was a teacher at Ysgol Gyfun Plasmawr in Cardiff, had suffered a blunt head injury prior to her death and had alcohol in her blood at the time of her passing.
Wales Online reports that she had been receiving treatment on a specialist mental health ward at Llandough Hospital but was discharged on March 7.
