The Staten Island St. Patrick’s Day Parade needs to keep up with the rest of us in 2020! The event has come under fire for its decision to ban a local beauty pageant winner from marching this past Saturday, hours after she publicly came out as bisexual.

Miss Staten Island Madison L’Insalata (above), was planning on sporting rainbow colors during the parade, which has faced criticism for its exclusion of LGBTQ groups in the past, in support of said community.
