She is best known for her talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, broadcast from Chicago, which was the highest-rated television program of its kind in history and ran in national syndication for 25 years from 1986 to 2011. Dubbed the "Queen of All Media", she was the richest African American of the 20th century and North America's first black multi-billionaire, and she has been ranked the greatest black philanthropist in American history. By 2007, she was sometimes ranked as the most influential woman in the world.

The Duchess of Sussex, 39, and her husband Prince Harry, 36, have filmed a 90-minute TV special with the American talk show host which is set to air on CBS on March 7.
Ahead of the show airing, a clip has been released that shows a snippet of Harry and former Suits star Meghan on-screen with chat show royalty Oprah.
And body language expert Judi James has revealed how Meghan has partly taken inspiration from Diana's 1995 Panorama interview by showing a "slightly enigmatic smile" on her face.
