Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reacting. The couple have spoken out about the “predatory practices” of a UK tabloid that allegedly targeted the couple in 2016, as reported on Thursday (March 18) by private investigator Daniel “Danno” Portley-Hanks, via The New York Times.
According to the report, The Sun paid the private investigator to hand over private information on Meghan shortly after she began dating Harry.
The New York Times reviewed an invoice allegedly showing Daniel sold the information to The Sun‘s U.S. editor James Beal for $2,055, including phone numbers, Social Security numbers and home addresses, which allegedly led the tabloid to publish unfavorable stories about her half-sister Samantha Markle and estranged father Tho
