Teddy Okereafor was just a young boy when he embarked upon a simple trip to the park with his family that would change their lives. “I went to the park with my mum and brother,” he recalls. “We just started playing basketball, some kids started joining us and it all went from there.” Gradually, the number of participants joining Okereafor in Newham, south London grew.
