Lineker is easily one of the most recognised faces in the country - an England great, always hosting something on the telly, and perhaps most ironically… promoting spuds!
But would he be even more noticeable if his name was Winston, not Gary? Well, that’s the 59-year-old’s full name: Gary Winston Lineker.
In a recent interview with the Daily Mail, Lineker has opened up on all sorts of stuff, from Brexit to Twitter trolls. The chat took a more personal turn as the topic of his father, Barry, entered the conversation.
