MASTERCHEF viewers have been left complaining about a dessert served in an eggshell as part of a fancy three-course meal. Marketing consultant Sara and law graduate Radha were in charge of the finale of the meal, served up by the contestants for a host of Royal British Legion guests at London's Middle Temple.
The two women were tasked with recreating the "complex" dessert, which consisted of a creme brulee served in a fragile eggshell.
Chef Glynn Purnell could be seen talking the hopefuls through the process, including using a blow torch to caramelise the dessert.
