Don't wait 30 years - sign up for our daily football email newsletter today!Manchester United will become the first English team to play under football’s new handball laws when they resume their Europa League campaign on Wednesday night.UEFA recently announced that it would implement the 2020/21 Laws of the Game for the resumption of its two European competitions.The key changes include the adoption of the new 'T-shirt' law for handball offences, which stipulates that the shoulder is not part of the arm.Goals scored or created through accidental handball have not counted this season after IFAB made a rule change last summer.But the latest alteration means that Man Utd will play under a variation of the rule that they did in the first leg.
