Manchester United are yet to make a decision over the futures of Edinson Cavani, according to reports. Cavani has less than six months remaining on his contract, though the Red Devils have the option to extend his stay for another season.
The 33-year-old joined on a short-term deal last summer after a glittering career spent plundering goals in Italy and France.
Cavani's teammate, Juan Mata, is also out of contract this summer and will end his seven-year stay at United as it stands. Old Trafford chiefs must decide whether to trigger the extensions in Cavani and Mata's deals, but a verdict has not yet been reached.
