Manchester United look set to secure the signing of Lille defender Leny Yoro by utilising the same tactic that brought Mason Mount to Old Trafford.
The Red Devils have agreed a deal for 18-year-old Yoro, and he'll cost a hefty £52million fee despite his contract being set to expire in just 12 months' time.
United have outmanoeuvred other interested clubs such as Real Madrid by agreeing to pay more, with Yoro believed to have passed his medical in Manchester.
The deal had initially seemed complex from United's perspective as Madrid was understood to be Yoro's preferred destination, while the transfer fee was still under negotiation.
