Man rushed to hospital after serious attack in Rutherglen

Rutherglen just before 4.30pm and resulted in the street, and nearby Cathcart Road, being cordoned off as cops investigated the attack.

The 49-year-old victim was then taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment to his injuries.
