Man, 29, on sex offender's register who didn't tell police he had moved home three times avoids jail

Thomas Alan Lloyd, 29, was placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years in 2016 and was given a 12 month suspended sentence after pleading guilty to possession of indecent images.

He is required to notify police of a change of address within three days of moving but Minshull Street Crown Court heard he failed to do so on September 5, 2020, December 10, 2020 and again on February 16, 2021.
