Terrified neighbours described the harrowing moment they saw someone jump out the window "engulfed in flames" when an explosion near their home caused two people to be seriously injured.

Residents in Illingworth, West Yorkshire, said they thought there had been an "earthquake" near their home when a house collapsed following an explosion that could be heard three miles away.
