Man in hospital after being 'slashed' in brutal attack at Scots property

dailyrecord.co.ukA 40-year-old man was rushed to hospital with slash injuries following a blade attack in Rutherglen.Emergency services were called to the assault in Greenhill Road shortly before 9.30pm on Tuesday.Police said the victim was taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as non life-threatening.
It is believed the man was found injured inside a property in the street.Locals also reported seeing a large police presence in the area last night.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called at 9.27pm on Tuesday, 2 November to reports of an assault in Greenhill Road, Rutherglen.
