A heartbroken family are grieving the loss of a seven-year-old girl who died after being sent home from hospital with a suspected migraine the day before.

Little Theia Mckie, seven, from Dumfries died on Wednesday, devastating her family. On Monday she was in Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary where her worried mum, Tracey Currie, posted pictures of her little girl and asked people to pray for her.

But the following day she was allowed home with the diagnosis that she had a migraine.However, her parents Tracey and Ainsley Mckie, were unconvinced and her mum told pals on Facebook: “So we got little missy home but she’s no better.”Tracey told how Theia was still screaming in pain when she looked at lights and was continuing to vomit.And
