Bolton. Emergency services were called to reports of a stabbing on Rishton Avenue in Great Lever at around 5.40pm on Friday, July 17.The victim - a 38-year-old man - was taken to hospital following the incident.He remains there in a stable condition this morning, Greater Manchester Police said.No arrests have been made.Police said the man was found on Rishton Avenue, but enquiries are taking place to establish whether the stabbing took place elsewhere.
In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: "At around 5.40pm on Friday 17 July 2020, police were called by the ambulance service to reports that a man had been stabbed on Rishton Avenue, Bolton. "Emergency services attended and a 38-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
