Police were called to Smedley Lane in Cheetham Hill shortly after 7.30pm on Sunday night (30 May) to reports of a crash involving a Volkswagen Jetta.
Officers attending the scene found that the vehicle had crashed with a parked car. The rear passenger of the VW - a 30-year-old man, suffered life-changing injuries during the smash.
