A pensioner has died in hospital almost two weeks after being hit by a car while crossing the road in Stockport. Police were called out to Hyde Road, in Woodley, at 7.15pm on Saturday, December 11, to reports a pedestrian had been hit by a car.
Officers attended, and found a 79-year-old man had been hit while crossing the road, and he was taken to hospital for treatment.
