Dubai will have over-the-water villas and a helipad as well as its buoyancy. There will also be 12 villas attached to the structure complete with its own infinity pool and roof terraces.Crew and staff members will be on hand to cater to their guests' needs during their stay.Guests will be taken by a speedboat with a floating helipad and yacht parking too if you're planning your own transport.The Kempinski group says the hotel's buoyancy means there will be "the possibility to sail to other anchorages at times".Also it will be anchored right by Jumeirah Beach which offers some seriously amazing views of the Dubai skyline.
