Love Island's Shaughna Phillips has revealed that she dropped four stone before she went into the villa. The TV beauty opened up to The Sun about her relationship with her body, saying that she used to be "obsessed" with what the scales said and that she was "like a drill sergeant" before she went on the dating show two years ago.But she said that despite losing weight she wasn't truly happy.
Shaughna said that she felt overweight even when she knew she was thin. "It was such a toxic mess, and then when I went into Love Island, obviously the girls in there were stunning, I was very aware, I thought I was the biggest girl in there," she said.The 28-year-old beauty believes that teen magazines are one of the things that give young girls unrealistic ideas about what their bodies should be like.The star - who was one of the singles looking for love on the 2020 winter series of the dating show - revealed that nowadays she no longer fixates on what she weighs.
She is now more focused on being healthy and happy. "I haven't weighed myself in about two years," she told the publication."I try and go by how my clothes look on me.
