With a fantastic deadpan wit and praised for his friendship and professionalism on set, tributes have poured in for the late star. Philip died on Sunday 12 June with his close family by his side, according to reports.The news was announced by the Los Angeles Times NFL writer Sam Farmer, who had been neighbours with Philip.
