fire in Bexleyheath, London. London Fire Commissioner Andy Roe has confirmed the incident and offered his sincere condolences to those affected.He said: “This is a truly terrible incident which is both sad and shocking.
Our thoughts are with the family, friends & local community.”The incident took place on Thursday evening and saw six fire engines with around 40 firefighters called to Hamilton Road in Bexleyheath.Crews using breathing apparatus managed get the four people out of the building, using a ladder to access the first floor, but all four sadly died at the scene.
