An inquest has heard how the family of a retired builder arrived home to the horrifying discovery that the stone cutting tool he was using had shattered and cut his throat.
Danny Newberry bled to death after the blade of the tool - known as an angle grinder - disintegrated into fragments, with part of it coming free and hitting him in the neck.
