Italy is under lockdown. In an effort to contain the new Coronavirus, which has severely affected the country’s elderly and immune-comprimised populations and strained the Italian healthcare system, the country’s government has closed all businesses, with the exception of pharmacies and grocery stores, until at least April 3.
Here, Milan-based photographer, writer and editor Tamu McPherson shares a dispatch from life under quarantine. I spent the weekend before the official quarantine recuperating from an intense fashion month.
I slept in most days, wore my favorite grey Stella McCartney tracksuit, and binge-watched “Queen Sono” and “Good Girls” on Netflix.
