Mickey 17 and Parasite director Bong Joon-ho has said he would be open to making an Alien musical.Speaking in a new interview with the Los Angeles Times, when asked about working on a blockbuster franchise like Star Wars or James Bond, he said: “I’m not drawn to franchise films, but I did think at one point that I would like to do an Alien film.”He then added: “An Alien musical.”The most recent movie in the long running franchise was Alien: Romulus, which was released last year and directed by Fede Álvarez.
