Police were alerted after a man was held by guards for following a young woman into a lift at the production facility in White City, West London, on Thursday, 28 September.The incident took place at around 5.50am, just ten minutes before Good Morning Britan went live on air and shortly before Holly and Lorraine Kelly were due to arrive for work.

The charges state the defendant is accused of planning to assemble a “kidnap and restraint kit” and encouraging a third party to travel to the UK to carry out the alleged offences.The court heard that Plumb is alleged to have conspired online with another man and created a “detailed plan” to carry out the alleged offences.
