holidaymakers have been able to book trips abroad once again after restrictions on international travel were slightly lifted.
The Scottish Government’s traffic light system was put into place from Monday. A total of 12 countries were added to the green list of international travel rules - including the likes of Australia, Portugal and New Zealand.Scots do not need to quarantine on their arrival back in Scotland but must take a Covid test before leaving the country and arriving back from a green list country.Anyone who tests positive for the virus must self-isolate for 10 days under the Government’s quarantine rules.Information on the countries added to the amber and red lists has now been released by the Scottish Government.
