Annie and the Manchester City star's 11 year relationship has been torn apart as a result of his infedelity. She discovered he'd been unfaithful to her with On The Beach reality star Laura Brown early last year.
When Kyle, 30, and Annie, who have three kids together, split last summer he then went on to father a child with ex Lauryn Goodman during a relationship last summer.
In an interview Annie spoke candidly about their break up and claimed that days before Kyle allegedly met Lauryn, she suffered a miscarriage.
