The lockdown has been upon us for quite some time now, and is taking its toll on all aspects of society. However, the positives that can be drawn is that it is bringing out the best in human nature, with companies, charities and individuals doing their best to help out those in need and support our brilliant NHS staff.

One such brand is Krispy Kreme who have decided to show their support for critical and key workers but reopening their factory this week to provide treats to those working on the frontline fighting against coronavirus.

The delicious doughnut makers have stated that they wish to serve ‘half a million smiles’ which mean that they will be delivering half a million of their famous Original Glazed doughnuts to charities,.
