A waitress won £801 from fast food chicken giant KFC after she turned down a romance with a male colleague and was then forced out of her job.
Simona Simalyte, 35, walked out of the KFC restaurant she worked in after bosses failed to investigate a "sexual harassment" claim she had lodged.
An employment tribunal heard Ms Simalyte, who had worked for KFC for three years, had tried to turn the employee down by stating "I already have a boyfriend." She said she was then subjected to an "atmosphere of hostility" over a period of 10 months in which she was subjected to "persistent" hostility that "amounted to harassment."
