Violence broke out for three nights in a row in Kenosha, Wisconsin, after black man Jacob Blake was shot in the back seven times by a white police officer.
Protesters clashed with self-styled militia patrolling the city streets, and on the third night that turned deadly as a gunman shot and killed two people in an horrific incident caught on camera.
Suspect Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, was arrested and has now been charged with six offences, including causing the death of Joseph Rosebaum and Anthony Humber.
