Katherine Jenkins has already ‘forgiven’ the mugger who stole her phone and targeted an elderly woman during a daylight robbery last year. The 39-year-old singer was hailed a hero after she stepped in to help the elderly woman who was being attacked by a young girl.
It took place on the busy King’s Road in London’s Chelsea during the late afternoon on 6 December when other Christmas shoppers were bustling about.
Opening up on the terrifying incident for the first time, Katherine bravely told Stella magazine: ‘If it happened again, I’d do it again. ‘So many people just walked past.
It was an instinct to rush over and, in doing so, I got attacked as well. It’s part of my faith to give people a chance and show forgiveness.’ Katherine
