A woman is receiving death threats after posting a photo and emojis on social media, which have been interpreted as an endorsement of yesterday's terror attack in Reading.

The photo, shot in East London's Springfield Park, captures journalist and lecturer Ash Sarkar sitting next to her bike, eating an ice lolly.

The image of the 28-year-old was posted along with three orange emojis. While the photo was posted on Twitter a short time after news of the Reading attack emerged, a screenshot from Ash’s camera roll shows the photo was taken earlier in the evening.

Three people are confirmed to have died while three more have been seriously injured following the terror attack in Forbury Gardens, in Reading, shortly after 7pm yesterday.

50 Cent (aka Curtis Jackson) is set to make his move into superhero cinema, with the rapper-come-media mogul signing on to produce at least one film based on DC’s Xerø comics.Deadline reports that Jackson will steer the project through his production company, G-Unit Film & Television, in tandem with Color Farm Media’s Erika Alexander and Ben Arnon. Xerø creator Christopher Priest is also linked to the project, with Joseph Illidge – CEO of production and publishing company Illuminous – rounding out the production team.
