The father-of-two was admitted to hospital over the weekend as he needed to have wires removed from his hand after it became infected following an operation.
After going under the knife on Saturday, the 33-year-old was joined by his wife Rosie to help with his PE sessions throughout the week.
However, just days after his hospital dash, he admitted he was "feeling much better" on Wednesday and made his return the next morning.
