The Body Coach star was solo during his workout session today, as wife Rosie – who had been leading the YouTube videos this week – was spending time with their daughter, Indie.
However, despite smashing it once again, and making us all ridiculously sweaty at the same time, some viewers were left concerned over the 33-year-old’s health, and whether he should be back to working out so soon after his hospital visit.
