Jeremy Clarkson "hasn't done what he's been told" when it comes to planning guidance in the past.The 61-year-old TV host was recently denied approval to extend Diddly Squat Farm by West Oxfordshire District council.Jeremy had filed an application to create a 50-person restaurant and kitchen - with a seating area inside an old lambing shed - at his famous establishment where he films his Amazon Prime series.
