Killer Jeremy Bamber will appeal his conviction for the White House Farm murders tomorrow – claiming there is evidence that could undermine the guilty verdict.

Bamber, 59, was jailed for life after killing his parents, sister and her twin six-year-old boys at their Essex home in 1985.

However, he is convinced sister Sheila, 28, was the true culprit. Lawyers representing Bamber will ask the High Court to review the Crown Prosecution Service’s refusal to disclose evidence tomorrow morning.

They argue that key material in the case was made available to an author behind an ITV drama about the killings. However, it was allegedly withheld from his legal team, The Guardian reports.
