Jamie Vardy is being backed to smash his 100th Premier League goal this weekend – en-route to the golden boot this season. Former England striker Vardy, 33, struck his 98th and 99th top-flight goals in Monday night's 4-0 thrashing of Aston Villa.
The forward is now closing in on a century which is hugely impressive after only making his Premier League debut in 2014 aged 27.
His double also means he leads this season's goal charts with 19 ahead of nearest rivals Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Mohamed Salah and Sergio Agüero.
Foxes defender Jonny Evans was delighted to see the forward net his first goals in 2020 after struggling with injuries since the turn of the year.
