Jack Whitehall confirms Bad Education return for 10th anniversary special

Jack Whitehall has confirmed that his popular sitcom Bad Education is due to make a return to screens, to celebrate the show's 10-year anniversary since it first aired.The comedy, which focuses on the antics of recently graduated teacher Alfie Wickers, ran for three series from 2012 to 201, with a spin-off film released in 2015.Jack shared the news via Instagram, confirming that a one-off 10th anniversary special and a new six-part series is in the pipeline.The comedian and writer, who created and starred in the show as main character Alfie, did not mention an expected date.The series will be broadcast on BBC3.He wrote: "Very exciting news.

Bad Education is back. "We will be doing a 10 year anniversary one off special. And then rebooting the series this time round with me as an Exec Producer and this talented group of new writers taking over the reigns and Layton Williams and Charlie Wernham now the other side of the desk. "It’s something people have been asking me about for ages so been very hard keeping this under wraps. "So excited about the creative team we’ve assembled and so excited to carry on the Bad Ed story for a new generation.
