THESE eerie pictures show the abandoned set of hit TV show Neighbours – with discarded backdrops, props and old scripts. The Australian soap was axed in March after 37 years on the air, with famous stars including Kylie Minogue leading tributes to the show.
Nostalgic pictures from the set of Neighbours include local pub The Waterhole - which blew up in an explosion in a 1993 episode.
Rusty lockers inside Erinsborough High School and the Lassiters Complex were snapped in behind-the-scenes shots. And scripts belonging to actress Georgie Stone and cardboard cut outs of Stefan Dennis, who played ruthless businessman Paul Robinson, could be seen lying around.
Pictures also show abandoned houses on Ramsay Street, the cul-de-sac where the characters lived.
