Salford, when she was struck by two cars and killed, an inquest has heard. Selena Mystara Meyers, from Tennessee, visited her fiancé in Worsley 'a couple of times every year', according to police coroner's officer Neil McCaffrey.
Mr McCaffrey told Bolton Coroner's Court that Miss Meyers, 23, had been walking along Worsley Road on January 26, when she was hit by two cars.
He also confirmed that Greater Manchester Police's (GMP) serious collisions unit are conducting an investigation into the incident and that enquiries are ongoing.
