Ian Maxwell has criticised the Czech FA over their decision to announce on Twitter that Monday's match between the Czech Republic and Scotland would be off.
Speaking on BBC Sportsound, Maxwell revealed he has yet to speak to anyone from the Czech association, and revealed UEFA's bemusement when they learned of the tweet.
It has since been confirmed by the SFA and UEFA that Monday's Nations League fixture will go ahead. Asked if there had been a "hotline" to the Czech FA and UEFA following last night's game, Maxwell said: "It's certainly been a hotline to UEFA."I got home last night and you're thinking about the match and thinking about the preparations for Monday, and obviously the news came through from the Czech FA's tweet.
