Meghan has made a video call appearance for Smart Works The Duchess of Sussex has been working behind the scenes with the charity Smart Works to deliver interview coaching and image advice to British women attending virtual job interviews during the coronavirus crisis.
From noticing whether an interviewee could be hampering their chances of success by dialing in with bad lighting and a messy room in the background, to reminding them of the more traditional lines of questioning they might expect in the interview, the coaches at Smart Works have adapted their system to the times we now live in, where many job interviews are now taking place over video calls.
