Mirror Online can confirm the telly presenter, 39, has flown back to the UK early to make sure she has time to isolate at home for two weeks before getting back to work.
She has spent her summer break in the Algarve with her husband Dan Baldwin and their three children, children Harry, 11, Belle, nine, and Chester, five.
Holly is believed to be happy to do whatever is necessary to keep everyone safe before she returns to This Morning on September 7.
