HMRC shares new SEISS 4 video to help self-employed apply for grant ahead of closing date next week

Self-Employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS) grant which has already helped millions of self-employed workers across the country during he coronavirus pandemic.

The fourth grant delivered by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), covers February, March and April and is worth up to 80 per cent of average monthly trading profits - capped at £7,500.

Eligibility for the fourth grant is based on tax returns and HMRC started contacting those eligible for SEISS 4 mid-April, however, the official application portal on GOV.UK is now open to all until 11.59pm on June 1, 2021.

However, even if HMRC did not contact you, you can check eligibility for the financial support online at GOV.UK here or get in touch with them as soon as possible by calling 0800 024.
