Harry Redknapp was forced to have “difficult conversations” with football hardman Neil “Razor” Ruddock about overeating for his show.
Harry’s Heroes sees the 73-year-old try to get a line-up of English former pros match-fit to take on a side of Germans in a rematch.
In last year’s first series, ex-defender Ruddock, 52, who played under Harry at West Ham, had hit 25st before shedding the weight to play for the England legends.
Ruddock signed up for the new series but was warned after piling on the pounds due to his booze and junk food diet.
